Selling a home is more than getting the home ready to sell and putting up a sign in the yard.  You need to make sure the buyers looking at your home, can afford your home and are pre approved by a lender.  Negotiating the right price for your property is more than you setting the price you want for your home.  I can help you list your home at the market price, negotiate offers and repairs, set up inspections and schedule closing date and time, just to name a few.
